Every successful person uses financial information for decisionmaking. This program explains financial concepts and accounting processes and provides techniques to increase your effectiveness. First, get a foundational understanding of the seven steps in the accounting cycle and how to use financial information in decision making. Learn to analyze resource allocations and evaluate financial performance. See how business reports are assessed and analyzed, which helps you make smart decisions for budgeting, setting goals, and assessing performance. Three one-month courses (which may be taken individually) include Accounting & Finance for Non-Financial Managers, Cash is King, and Financial Analysis & Planning for Non-Financial Managers.
