In our fast-paced work world, the one thing we can count on is the fact that change WILL happen. For organizations to thrive in today’s environment, increased attention must be given to continuous learning to build strong teams and professionally interact with customers, co-workers and leadership. This session will look at ways we work best together and communicate every day, and understanding our own behavior and that of others. Special focus will be on improving workplace relationships by understanding the role of emotions that help us reach goals and habits that hold us back. Tools and discussion will also emphasize helping us understand the various responses to change and behaviors necessary for leaders during times of transition. With the use of real-life examples and support from applicable research, discussion will center on actions each participant can apply immediately back out on the job.
