McTV is governed by a 9-member board of volunteers representing city government, the media, education, and the community at large.
Marshalltown Community Television (McTV) is now providing viewers the option of watching programming online. Programs available to watch online include Marshalltown City Council Meetings, School Board meetings, community events, sporting events and other local programming.
