The current version of the Iowa Food Code requires every food service establishment to have a certified food protection manager on staff. This course helps to meet this obligation, improve credibility among customers, reduce code violations/ fines and minimize the risk of food-borne outbreaks from your facility.
Certification requires the successful passing of an exam with a score of 70% or higher.
